Advertised Pricing
All advertised prices are in U.S. American dollars. Debits made for all purchases

Ordering and Payment Information
All orders and payment are processed with internationally recognized secure PayPal
transaction service. Paypal accepts several types of credit cards including Mastercard™
and Visa™.
We make every attempt to provide the most accurate representation
of each piece of art work displayed. Color, hue, saturation, etc. may vary due
to differences in specific monitor and computer graphic differences, capabilities
and configurations.
Digital detail proofs are offered for art work purchased.
A proof sample on canvas can be provided per request at the time of order. Required
proof approval may increase order turn-around time.
Refunds and order Cancellations
Each Original Print Giclee canvas is made to order. Refunds and cancellations
are not excepted once art work is produced.
Shipping Information
Most orders are received within 2 weeks from the time your order is placed. Each
Original Print Giclee canvas is made to order and inspected at the time of purchase.
When your order is ready to ship, delivery tracking information will be provided
via email. All orders are insured for full value.
Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to
any required duties and taxes. Delivery time may increase depending on international
location. International shipping costs vary. Arras Design Concepts is not responsible
for international delivery delays, lost or stolen orders which may occur. Estimated
delivery time and tracking information will be provided for all international
orders.
